Am I correct in assuming that Power Post won't handle an explanatory
text in a post?But that really doesn't fall into the multifile post
category.

Correct on both points. Personally, I would name the files using a
pithy description. However, if you need to post additional
descriptive text, then you are pretty much stuck with Agent.
