Oh, the memories! I used to go nuts when Kirby would let loose with his
BAR...what a distinctive sound it made. I remember in the 70's (74?)
when the SLA (Symbionse Liberation Army) kidnapped Patty Hearst and
later (a few months?) there was a shootout between the SLA and the
(can't remember if it was SF or LA) police. This was broadcast on the
news and sure as **** you could hear the thud-thud-thud of the BAR going
off in the background (guess someone in the SLA liked that particular
weapon). I still remember that day, just like I remember good ol'
"Combat" (wish I could remember things that happened last week, however
;-( ).
