aircraft commander of this B-29 was Major Robert K. Morgan
who just happened to be the B-17 Memphis Belle command pilot
after completing his tour in the ETO transitioned to B-29s
25 B-17 missions in the ETO and 26 B-29 missions in the Pacific.



As soon as he got back from his famous
ETO tour he broke up with "Memphis Belle".

relationship during his war bond drive was
