I assume the B-2 would be tough to fly unaided -
but you've got a fight on your hands with almost
every gray-haired avionics guy if you insist that
FBW automatically includes a computer element.

FBW replaces mechanical links with wire; nothing more.
(Though of course, there may be a lot more attached
to a FBW system...)
