Thanks for the info, Robert, and posting Pulsar's side of the story.

As a add on to the above, Pulsar was served with the lawsuit at Sun-N-Fun even
though Campbell had been banned from the facilites and had used the Sun-N-Fun
event in the past for serving his lawsuits.
Even more interesting, Campbell claims in his latest SnF lawsuit that SnF's
actions caused a loss of advertisers. But I wonder how he's going to prove
how many advertisers were turned against him by SnF's alleged actions vs.
those who felt Pulsar got a raw deal?
Speaking Campbell's serving people at SnF, here' a bit of hypocrisy for
you: This is from Zoom's lawsuit against the RAH-15:
"Counter-Defendants, PUCILLO, and, MILES, have purposely timed legal
actions against Counter-Claimants to coincide with major aviation
journalistic and marketing events so as to embarrass JAMES CAMPBELL, to
hinder the marketing of U.S. AVIATOR MAGAZINE and The Sport Plane Resource
Guide, 2nd Edition, and to dissuade aviation interests from advertising in
CAMPBELL'S publications. These events include the Sun & Fun 1997 and 1998,
the Oshkosh 1997, and the Copperstate 1997 air shows."
Gee...seems like it's OK when Campbell does it.
