Loaded KC-10's are worse. Fewer wheels. IIRC, Soesterberg could take a C-5,
but not a KC-10.


As I recall, the original XB-36 could land on only two or three
airfields in the world. Happily, one of them was Carswell, next door
to the Consolidated plant.
