How many GPS receivers are there in the cockpit? How close to this one? Is your fuselage carbon fibre (masks GPS signals)? Have you tried turning off your cellphone? Sounds like GPS interference to me.
Another possibility - are you using USB 12 to 5 volt converter in your glider? If yes, is it designed to have low noise? Many are very dirty, and the GPS signal is tiny at the antenna (millionth of a volt). Doesn't take much to hide it. Good converter is
