Interesting the tail number on the dilapidated aircraft is all but
gone, I see two or three digits none of which seem to match the number
you provided. I will see if I can find out anything.
Replying to myself and anyone else who is interested, it appears the
dilapidated Skystreak was photographed in 1987 at the museum at MCAS
Quantico. It has since been restored and is on display at the
Carolinas Aviation Museum.
