He's getting the rating. It's my understanding that none of the six or so
soaring pilots that applied has the horsepower the search committee was
looking for. Of the forty(?) that applied, five percolated to the top and
Wright was the guy.

I still want the fostering the promoting of the amateur sport of soaring
returned as the vision of the society. Hope he can see this.
