Sadly, because of the tone of most of the posts regarding Dr. Tholen,
I've ignored almost all of them.

The trolls don't have anything to say about classical music. They're
merely obsessed. To that end, they'll do whatever they want wherever
they want, like talking in a movie theater or at a classical music
concert, or setting up a volleyball net where others are playing
basketball. And they have absolutely no trouble rationalizing their
rude behavior.
