Looks like it won't be operational until after the August eclipse as Dan Daly pts out. Alternatively, you can use the GOES-EAST at the NOAA site, as you probably know. Here is the link to the Casper coverage: http://www.ssd..noaa.gov/goes/east/wfo/cys/vis.jpg
