This file is actual added to the windows system. You can download it from
the Jeppesen website. For some reason, the linear flash memory device won't
show up under device manager or in hardware under PCMCIA flash memory on my
Sony.

It used to work great until last week on my XP Pro machine, and now Jeppesen
says it's a windows problem so they can't help me.
