I know that you may have tried this, but going back to basic fault finding;
look in the toolbar that Views - Instrument Panel Global On has a check
mark against it. Also check that the Views - View Mode Cockpit has a
check mark against it. Hope this helps.

I had tried this, but I went back to double check. Even though this didn't
fix it, I appreciate you giving it a try.
