Is that the DHC plant at Downsview? The hangars do not look British.

Close as I could find.


Probably 1945. Some sosrces say that DHC had produced around 1,130 of the
type by the end of the war, others, that DHC reaced that number by the end
of production in 1951. I suspect that prodcution would have been at a
failry low rate after VE-Day.

I have run down the fact that this aircraft bore the serial KA406. Perhaps
someone can find a production date.
