Why don't you call EAA directly and ask? There is a toll free number in
every magazine. Ask for video sales and see if they can't straighten out
the problem. I bet they will!

I know I'm only talking $1.50 here, but when I ordered the 2003
AirVenture DVD, the form says $24.99 plus $5.00 shipping and handling.
The Dec. 2 charge from EAA is $31.49, even though the form says my
credit card will be billed at time of shipment, and it didn't arrive
until after Christmas.

Did everyone get charged more than the form states, and did they also
charge $7.50 extra for the VHS version?
