For example, if it were an illegal election by virtue of a chunk of the civilian or military
Florida population being illegally disenfranchised.

The proper action would be for the Democrat lawyers to block the whole of the illegal
Florida election. In the circumstances of this type of illegal election, there should be
no ballot counting at all.

The same principles would apply to an illegal election by virtue of the voting machines
being rigged. In these circumstances, all votes on the voting machines would be
