Default Propeller for aircraft engine ground test

I am looking for "test club propeller", I think this is the name of that
thing.

We want to run our Subaru conversion with the reduction gear box on a
test bed and apply some close-to-real load on it.We do not want to use
our bran new propeller for the first hours on test bed (don't want to
take the chance to damage it when doing installation and removal, or
damage it by any other thing that can happen)

One option is to go to a propeller repair shop and get from them an old
prop with a pitch and diameter to match our needs, this prop would not
be certified to fly any more, but would be good enough to support ground
test.

A second option is to use a "test club propeller". I kind of remember
seeing some installed on engine in test cell, when visiting some aero
school or test facility, some sort of wooden propeller, 4 very wide and
thick blades, diameter somewhere between 30 to 48 inches.

I did a few searches on the subject on the web but I was not succesful.

Where can I find one to load the engine I am working on? (let's say 160
HP, 2400 RPM)
Is there any specification for these, so I could make one for my
specific need?
Any source of info, publication, web site...?

Thanks,
