Yes, related to, "the Karl", yes I use TemperFoam when deadline with a broken back from the early 80's, broke a 2nd time just over a year ago.
Yes, the foam is rock hard when cold, body warmth makes it fit better. Beats the old "rolled up towel" I used to use.


After chasing leaks in the bladder for years, I discovered that the canopy cover, rolled up in its bag, was just right placed in the bottom of the seat back before I climb in. And it leaves the baggage shelf free....
