Last week when Dubya was in St Cloud, MN, I was listening to the
scanner as someone was busting the TFR. I heard on 121.5 a call to an
aircraft 12 miles north of St Cloud southbound at 10,500. They
repeated the call at 10, 8, 5 and 3 miles from St Cloud without any
response. Never did hear the aircraft respond or if it was identified.

OH MY GOSH! WHY DIDN'T THEY SHOOT THAT TERRORIST DOWN????
