I have one of the older rectangular box Dittels. They slide into a tray
which mounts to the panel. To secure the radio box to the tray, there's
a screw which pivots a little aluminum tab into a locking position.

My aluminum tab is stripped out. Where can I get a replacement? I
guess I could just try and make one...

If it's easy to make, you could do that. Or you might be able to fix it by
drilling out the hole even larger, then either riveting in a chunk of
aluminum and redrilling and tapping a new hole in the "rivet". Or perhaps
you could Loctite the new "threaded insert into the tab.
