Hawaii sites will have a prefix of "PH" added and Guam will have a
prefix of "PG" added. Like the Alaska sites, the Hawaii "PH" or Guam
"PG" prefixes will mean one of the 3-letters in the identifier may

They don't always just truncate. For example, Wasilla is IYS or PAWS.
