In a previous article, Andrew Sarangan said:

The Canadian LO-6 En Route says "NOTE: REFER TO CURRENT USA CHARTS AND
FLIGHT INFORMATION PUBLICATIONS FOR INFORMATION WITHIN USA AIRSPACE."
