Assuming your airplane can climb with a climb gradient of 6%, where
and when can you descend to 1500 (note the table at the bottom) and
where is your MAP in this case (note the beginning of the dashed
missed approach course line beginning at the runway threshold in the
plan view).

Whether you're using straight-in minimums of 1,800 (4% MAP CG) or 1,500 (6% MAP CG)
you descend to either one of those OCAs (ICAO-speak for MDA) once you pass NQ 5.0
DME.
The MAP for either straight-in 1800 or 1500 is at NQ 4.0 DME.
With circling they don't show a climb gradient because all bets are off in
PANS-OPS-land if you have to miss during a circle-to-land maneuver.
