No, 103 isn't going away but the 2 place training exemption is going away if
Sport becomes reality.

Please don't misunderstand, I was not making pro or con statement about
Sport, just speculating on who
the Anti-Sport group consisted of. I did use the
wrong label when I said pure ULer because I was
referring to the "Outlaw ULers".

All that we can do is wait because I believe even
Congress bows to OMB.
