Default Jetranger air ambulance I540 N of Ft Smith, AR 1 of 2 - P1010775 Ft Smith air ambulance.JPG (0/1)
This is a pic I took of an air ambulance Jetranger coming in to land
at an accident on I540 N of Ft Smith early morning June 26. He would
have taken off in the dark, assuming it would be light by the time he
got here.
