Yeah, then heaven forbid the bad guys know we have that, then fire a
2nd, 3rd or 4th round at us. Until the system is reloaded, everyone is

Close-in high-rate radar-guided anti-air fire.
(A lot of dashes, but you get the drift)

Scale it down for use against ground threats - at a reasonable price -
and you've got youself a market.

It's one of the things they mentioned.
