I think that guy is selling plans he downloaded for free then burnt them
on a CD.

Yeah, it's not a real VP, but if someone wanted to see how one was put
together whilst deciding whether to build one...
I'd want to know an awful lot about engineering before I built something
that I got offa Ebay for 3 bucks!
