I had them phone me once a week for a 'pledge' of support to the AOPA PAC
that no one in this household made. In the end I lost my temper and told
them to stick it where the sun don't shine. They weren't just taking "no"
for an answer.

AOPA the organinzation is NOT permitted to provide financial support to
any
candidate. To do this they have a seperate organization called the AOPA
PAC.

As near as I know the AOPA PAC is only active in funding candidates for
the
House and Senate.
