in trailer. Basic instruments, audio vario with TE probe. Needs new
tire. Panel and instruments gone through and cleaned up six years
ago. Paint is wearing thin. In flying condition when put on enclosed
metal trailer. Probably needs about a day's work to be flown. Fixed
gear. About 35:1 at 55 mph, penetrates well at 70 mph with -5 degrees
flaps, thermals as tight as a 1-26 with +15 degrees flaps. Has not
flown in four years (other interests - airplane, motorcycle, SCUBA).
Sitting on a trailer in Houston, Texas. Trailer probably needs some
work, but was towed 50 miles a few months ago with no problems at 50
mph. You're welcome to come out and inspect it, as long as you put it
back on the trailer if you don't buy it. Bring two friends - it takes
three people to assemble and diassemble. You're also welcome to do
the work to get it flying there - owner will supervise and sign off
condition inspection and cockpit checkout (owner is an A&P and CFIG).
First $3500 or best offer received by December 12.
