No. People who take out loans are supposed to be able to cover them by
paying them back when the time comes. When governments decide to
require banks to ignore the ability of clients to do that and write
gobs of massive loans anyway to people who are not likely to pay back
a dime, there is a serious problem that will come.

When it does, the governments who required the banks to do this will
be sure to blame the banks.

When governments cannot repay the loans they themselves have taken
out, well they do the same, and they blame other countries as well as
demand they give more money to them to keep their economies propped
