Actually, they issued him a formal trespass warning when they kicked him out
back in the '90s. It's a misdemeanor if he comes on the grounds.

The difference with a restraining order is that he would have gone to
the gray-motel for a few days.

Yep. Ignoring the no-trespass notice is a misdemeanor, but ignoring a
restraining order would be a felony.

There's a possibility Zoom's stunt played a part in the dismissal of the
"Invasion of Privacy" half of Campbell's suit. As I posted a while back,
Campbell's gaining access last year was a perfect example of *why* SnF had felt
it necessary to post his driver's license photo at the entries. The Clerk of
Court's web page...

...doesn't list a transcript of the hearing on the motion to dismiss, just the
judge's order dismissing that count. However, Campbell's attorney declined the
opportunity to refile (that's the 11/22 letter from Mr. Kuhn). It might have
been because of the security company's legal arguments...or it could have been
because Zoom's actions made it impossible to claim that posting the photo was
unnecessary.

In Zoom's answers to interrogatories, he refuses to answer some questions
because of Sun-N-Fun's supposed "...propensity to use some information in a
smear campaign on the internet." Sounds to me like he's blaming SnF for the
things said about him on RAH. Interesting, no?
