Things are going well here in Florida this week, lots of activity up in Clermont for the Seniors contest. Things down in South Florida are going well also, with a few good flights of our own. Todd Roy and myself both flew around Lake O, our flights were on different days and in opposite directions.. Todd took the better route going down on the East side and coming home from the West. Myself took the West route first and came back from the South with the late afternoon coastal sky diminishing.
Hopefully we can have a few more flights this week. Bob

Once again the soaring on the Treasure Coast is leading the pack in OLC scores for days in a row. Yesterday Todd Roy did a 500K triangle which included another trip around Lake Okeechobee down deep into the Everglades near Oasis Ranger Station and a long leg back up over Immokalee continuing further north and west then the long journey back to Vero Beach. A huge flight over tough territory and or club record for distance and triangle. Way to go Todd, glad to give you that early tow anytime. Bob
