Why, for instance, is the administration insisting that hundreds of
millions of dollars be poured into the Marine Corps' glitch-plagued,
tilt-wing V-22 Osprey program?

When the wings tilt it does crash, but perhaps it would have a better
design as a tilt wing in the first place to get the wings out of the way
of the downwash.

Shouldn't the La La Times be covering movie awards instead?
