Depends. If they are not given any advance warning, Bush
wins. Bush, unlike Putin, has had some rudimentary training
in flying planes. So, Putin dies before meeting Bush.

If, however, they are given few days of warning ahead,
Putin is a certain winner. Although he is dim-witted, he is
still fully capable of learning - in sharp contrast to Bush,
who is outright imbecile.
