Default Cost of Compass Card installed in a PA28-235

The units are about $250 +- but wondering what installation time might be.

Anyone got an idea?

Thanks in advance.

It's basically the time to install the compass (where another one had
been, so you can reuse lighting circuit), swing it, write correction card,
and do paperwork. Two hours, roughly.

It's not difficult, really. Important tip - put it as far from the VOR
heads as you can. And once it's installed and swung, don't EVER put
headsets anywhere near it.

I've had them installed in both the planes I've owned, they're really
convenient.
