Default Update on VacationRentalsforFamilies Airlift

I've been following the Vacation Rentals for Families Airlift on their
website. Here's a run down:

Co-pilot for Sunday, September 4 for evening departu

URGENT! URGENT! 4:15pm, Sunday, September 4
Immediate need for fuel resources at KPDK, please contact EPPS AVIATION TO
MAKE FUEL DONATIONS. 770-458-9851

3:45pm
First wing of 12 aircrafts departed KPDK at 1:00, we are now coordinating
with the Atlanta American Red Cross and the Louisiana Red Cross to
coordinate victim extraction to GA. Our planes are now arriving in LA. We
are still in need for 6 seaters planes and greater. Aircrafts, medical
support and flight crews must check the site for PM victim extractions from
LA.


1:10pm, SUNDAY, SEPTEMBER 4
Our pilots are up in the air on the way to Baton Rouge, LA, we have
physicians, supplies and we will continue flying thru the day.

We desperately need fuel to support this effort.

Indicate that you would like to make a contribution to the Vacation Rentals
For Families air lift. They will take Mastercard, Visa and Shell Card.

Our advanced team has returned, we are looking at a noon departure today for
the aircrafts listed below. Flights will be deployed will be deployed 8
aircrafts at a time as directed, they will be giving departure orders upon
the destination of their attended passengers as confirmed by the operatives
on the ground at Baton Rouge. Coordination will continue through the
management at the Governor's office of Louisiana. We have a need for
psycologists, social workers, and mental health specialists with crisis
intervention training. Please keep checking the site for updates.
Dr. Bennett has assesed the medical situation in LA. At this time medical
support is only needed to escort evacuees back to Atlanta. Therefore,
medical personnel should be prepared to escort these missions to Baton Rouge
and back to Atlanta, GA. Our first departure will be noon, Sunday, Sept. 4.


12:45am, SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 3
Our team has arrived in Baton Rouge, LA and has a station set, half of the
team will be returning in a couple of hours. Stand by, we will be releasing
more aircrafts for the morning departure. Please keep checking the site

ASA donating flight opps and weather tracking services to all pilots
arriving in LA for life flight missions. Vacation Rentals for Families
missions will begin operations under the name "BROTHER'S KEEPER"

Dr. Cecil Bennett and the advanced medical team have flown out to Baton
Rouge with the advanced team to assess the medical needs at the request of
Governor of Louisiana. All physicians, nurses, PAs and nurse practitioners
that would like to volunteer to go into medical missions in LA, please
register at or
www.vacationrentalsforfamilies.com with your name,speciality and telephone
number. Also write down the length of time you can stay in the LA area. We
have one day, four days, 7 days or a month.

Flight departures are starting Sunday, September 4. Physicians should be
ready to leave tommorrow Sun, Sept. 4 morning.

Dress comfortably, wear jeans and scrub tops, please wear your work IDS
(hospital, clinic, office)

Medical volunteers will rally at Peachtree DeKalb Airport, (KPDK) for
designated flights. Please call KPDK for directions 770-458-9851.

Right now we are only requesting 6 seater or bigger twin engines. Please
continue to monitor the website for updates.

We have been issued a clearance for an advanced team flight this evening
from KPDK to Baton Rouge, Louisiana. This team will facilitate the setup of
ground operations on the arrival end.

We will be listing below all the pilots for the first assignments to
commence tommorrow 9/4. Initial flights will be bringing physicians on the
ground in Atlanta, per instructions by the advanced team and the Governor's
office in Louisiana. All other preregistered pilots with multi engine
aircrafts continue to monitor the site for further directions.

Additional multi engine pilots who have not yet registered, please register
your aircraft, all pilots with equipment please list your "N" numbers in the
comment field when registering., we may use for assignments during the week.

Graduate Medical Consultants Group of Atlanta has joined the hurricane
relief efforts along with Vacation Rentals for Families. They will be
sending physicians on the flights headed to Louisiana to offer triage
services to the people in the devasted areas. They have a call center in
Atlanta.

Tri-State Consumer Insurance of New York has donated aviation fuel to
Vacation Rentals for Families. We also welcome any Georgia resident who
would like to donate their inlaw suites or extra rooms to families devasted
by the hurricane.

G&S Investors in New York has donated aviation fuel for the hurricane relief
efforts for the planes headed to Louisiana to pick up families.

We are still in need of more fuel donations, if you can contribute fuel
during this crisis, please call 678-799-1628.

We have an excess of over 100 aircraft and qualified flight crews donated
for this relief effort. We thank AVWEB, for spreading the word. Thank you
all so very much.

Although the support from the aviation community has been so impressive we
have not received the needed support from the oil companies and fuel
distributors to fuel the many aircraft that have committed support.
Please contact any resources that you may have to help us raise the funds to
secure the needed fuel.

Thank you to Lennar Homes for their generous fuel donation. As a result of
their support two more aircrafts have joined the effort from Fl.

The Greater Medical Center from Atlanta, GA has contributed access to 135
Physicians from their national network to aid in this effort. These doctors
will be departing Sunday from Atlanta to assist victims in need of medical
care.

We would also like to acknowledge Air Shares Elite and BizAir for their
contribution of aircrafts and crews. Their efforts have bought 100 beds and
20 additional aircraft to the team.

ATTENTION PILOTS:
The aircrafts that are participating in the airlift upon arrival at KPDK,
place 8.5 x 11 sign on the Pilot side window VRFF in red ink. Letters no
less than 6" in height. Passenger window behind the Pilot seat should have a
sign, same size with GMCG, also in red ink. Both signs should be taped
inside the window. Taxi to EPPS AVIATION, contact DAN for further
instructions on fueling. Wait for email instructions for arrival time to
KPDK.

We will be contacting all pilots who have called to participate in the
relief effort, we will giving you further direction and recording your
aircrafts.

Sign should Read GMCG in letters no less than 6 inches in height presented
in RED broad tip marker. In the Pilot side place a sign reading VRFF, also
in red ink

Fuel will be available at EPPS at a discounted rate.

Additional fuel support will be available to pilots unable to support fuel
cost on their own.
