It's really too bad that these kind of assets weren't available several

years
ago.


It takes time to turn the heroin North and create an economic reason for the
southern tribes to co-operate. Missing another entire crop would be bad for
their economies and further empower the northern tribes. I doubt bin Laden
will last until Otober.
