These VIP TFRs are typical of the ineffectiveness of the DHS.

If the appearance of Clinton or Bush at the scene of the fires were
able to actually effect some benefit in fighting the fires, these
self-promoting photo-ops might be excusable.

It makes one wonder what it would take for the FAA to exclude VIPs
from the Fire TFRs as well as pilots.
