You are seriously misinformed

The submarine turbine experiments involved the Walther
turbine. This was a STEAM turbine that worked by
the catalytic disassociation of high test peroxide,
4 Walther U-boats were built by the Kriegsmarine, the
SS were not involved.

Post war the technology was 'appropriated' by the British
who hired Dr Walther and his team to build the power
units for HMS Explorer and Excalibur.

They were NOT popular and less than succesful, their
crews nicknamed the boats excruciator and exploder.
Both had many problems and short service lives.

Modern submarines do NOT use gas turbines.
