they used to be sold at Oshkosh years ago. *If anyone has an original,

No, I think you are speaking of a picture taken of a real accident in
which a Cherokee crashed into a tree near the airport in marginal
weather. From the outside the Cherokee looks fine but the pilot
suffered some injuries as I recall.
