The truth of the matter is as I explained it. The charter of big-8 groups
such as this spells out whether binaries are permissable or not. Many
of the big news server outlets (including the one I am using) make a distinction
between the binary and non-binary newsgroups.

Which was a simple explanation of why I asked you politely not to post
