Scratch Lee is the guy. He tows for the Caprock Soaring Club in
Littlefield, Texas.

The guns were installed by previous owner Bill Shirley of Marfa. I had Bill
tell me the gun story again just a few days ago. It is a GOOD story
involving extremely well known test pilots. The guns, unfortunately, are no
longer installed.
