Only $5 every 3 years for now but you can bet that rate will go up to
be the equivalent of a cars registration eventually.

I think that doing this for "security" really means job and pension
security for the FAA employees.

But the FAA is way behind the IRS. I don't think there's enough paper
to print all the 1099 forms that are soon to be required.
