Yes.
Preliminary decisions have been made, and the final decision about the
WGC at Stendal is going to follow soon.

At the moment all pure glider fields in Europe are closed as well as
most other General Aviation Airports. Gliding is essentially shut down
in all of Europe at the moment for the foreseeable future.

Draw your own conclusion if a WGC in Germany is going to take place.
