I think you would have a very good business opportunity. If you could do
ASW27, ASG29, and Venti you would have a great amount of interest. I think
critical to the business plan would be ensuring a reasonable cost on the
shipping and logistics (all fees for import/export). Dealing with customs and
unexpected fees to unload and load gliders has been a major issue for
transporting gliders to Argentina. A plus would be if you could arrange to
allow owners to fly the glider after the work is done, before it is shipped
back.

The Perlan team ships the Perlan 2 to Argentina every year; the Egret is flown in.
Perhaps Jim or Jackie Payne could tell you their secrets to get the Perlan 2 in
and out, or ask Ed Warnock.
