Try some Mouse Milk to help loosen it up.

My old project plane has working flap but it appears pin for hinge is
corroded and stuck.

Suggestion would be appreciated, thanks. Dick

Try " Kano Kroil"... put a drop on each joint and let it set a coupla
days...
Should then easily drift out...

In the Air Force we had some rather long hinges. To get the pins in or
out we'd chuck the end into a drill and spin it as it was removed or
installed. A properly aligned hinge takes only a few seconds to pin.
