I may be relocating to S.Florida. I have the option to be Ft.Lauderdale
south to Miami. So anywhere I can find hanger space in the general area may
dictate where I put down stakes.

Well South Florida is a pretty big place, you might want to be a bit
more
specific. There may be some space available at F45 (West of W. Palm
Beach).
They just built a new block of hangers there and I understand that the
waiting
list kind of evaporated. (That was months ago, and I don't know the
situation
today, but it is worth a call.)
