Default Round table discussions at Philly?

I see some interesting round table discussions (for instance the one
at 1:00pm on Saturday) scheduled at the Philly SSA convention, but I'm
not familiar with the format. Is there just one session with
multiple topics, or separate discussions in separate locations, or
what?

TIA,

Frank

During the 1:30 – 3:15 pm period on Friday and Saturday there will be
multiple round tables in simultaneous session, with each moderated by
a subject matter expert. The participants will be asked to
periodically switch tables/subjects as they desire. So it will be a
dynamic ongoing discussion with folks coming and going, while the
moderator shapes the dialog around the questions or comments of the
participants. These sessions are fun, informative and allow the
attendees to gravitate to topics of specific interest.

Club track will include the importance of newsletters, ops team
approach, 501c(3) migration, club upgrades, operations and management,
the non-profit paradigm, clubs & chapters committee work, fleet
migration, and so on in round table formats. There will also be an
hour on club insurance issues with Pat Costello.

See you there,

Chair, SSA State Governors & Record Keepers Committee

I'll be moderating one round table on winch launch. No particular
agenda other than answering any questions from my presentations on
advanced winch design and winch pilot training.
