The plans - which suck - are essentially unavailable, as Calvin Parker is in a nursing home with essentially zero short term memory. With the help of the forum, you could build one, and they are a lot of fun for not much money. But I think at this point in the life of the universe, an UltraCruiser Plus, from Hummel Aviation, is a better choice.
