Default Historic drought in the Southeast U.S.

The southeast U.S. is in the midst of an historic drought. How dry is
it? Well, we had two weeks of continuous glider flying at Cordele, GA,
including a Regional contest and a Nationals, AND Frank Paynter was
there, and it DID NOT RAIN!
